Library Content Use Rights

Last Updated: May 2026

Affarico is a knowledge and template resources platform operated by Klapatche Pty Ltd ACN 675 643 384. Affarico is a registered business name of Klapatche Pty Ltd.

1. Purpose of this page

This Library Content Use Rights page explains how Affarico subscribers may access, download, store, adapt, and use Affarico library resources. It applies to resources made available through all Affarico libraries, including the Sales Engagement Library and any other Affarico library made available on the website.

These rights are intended to let subscribers use Affarico resources for legitimate personal education, professional development, and permitted work-related purposes, while protecting Affarico’s original content, templates, documents, examples, guides, checklists, worksheets, presentations, spreadsheets, PDFs, and other library resources.

This page should be read together with Affarico’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, subscription terms, and any other terms or notices published on the Affarico website. If there is any inconsistency between this page and the broader website terms, the broader website terms apply unless Affarico states otherwise in writing.

2. Key definitions

In this page:

  • “Affarico”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Affarico and the operators of the Affarico website.

  • “Subscriber”, “you”, and “your” refer to a person with an active Affarico subscription or account.

  • “Library resources” means all documents, templates, articles, guides, checklists, worksheets, presentations, spreadsheets, PDFs, online pages, downloads, examples, and other content made available through the Affarico libraries.

  • “Original materials” means Affarico library resources in their original form or in a form that is substantially unchanged from the version made available by Affarico.

  • “Adapted work product” means a document, plan, template, note, worksheet, or other output that you create for your own permitted use by applying, completing, modifying, or adapting Affarico materials, provided it does not reproduce or redistribute the original materials in substantially unchanged form.

  • “AI system” means any artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated processing, text generation, summarisation, rewriting, translation, extraction, indexing, embedding, retrieval, search, chatbot, vector database, model training, or similar automated system or service.

3. Subscriber access and download rights

Affarico subscriptions are individual subscriptions unless Affarico expressly agrees otherwise in writing or offers a separate team, enterprise, or multi-user licence.

Monthly subscribers may view available library content online, subject to the terms of their subscription. Monthly subscribers do not receive a general entitlement to download library resources unless Affarico expressly provides a specific download right.

Annual subscribers may download available library resources where download links are provided as part of the Annual subscription entitlement. Download rights apply only to resources that Affarico makes available for download and only for the permitted uses set out on this page.

Both Monthly and Annual subscribers must not share Affarico original materials with persons who are not current Affarico subscription members, except where Affarico has given written permission or where this page expressly allows a limited use.

4. Licence granted to subscribers

Subject to your subscription status and compliance with these terms, Affarico grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use library resources for the permitted purposes described on this page.

This licence does not transfer ownership of Affarico materials to you. Affarico retains all rights, title, and interest in its original materials, including all intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Affarico.

Your own adapted work product may be your own intellectual property, but that does not transfer ownership of Affarico’s original materials, and it does not give you the right to redistribute, republish, commercialise, or otherwise exploit Affarico original materials except as expressly permitted on this page.

5. Personal education and professional development

Subscribers may use Affarico library resources for personal education and professional development. This includes reading, study, personal note-taking, career development, interview preparation, learning sales and business concepts, building personal capability, and using templates or examples to understand effective professional practice.

Where downloads are permitted under your subscription, you may save copies to your personal computer, tablet, phone, or personal cloud storage. You may also print copies for your own personal reading and study.

You may mark up, highlight, annotate, and add comments to downloaded materials for your own use. You must not share, republish, or distribute those annotated copies except as expressly permitted on this page.

Monthly subscribers may copy limited text from online-viewed content into their own personal notes and may print, screenshot, or save browser copies for their own personal use only. These copies must not be shared with other persons or used to reproduce, redistribute, or replace Affarico library access.

6. Internal business use and adapted work product

You may use Affarico resources to support your own work and your employer’s business, provided you comply with the restrictions on sharing, redistribution, publication, AI processing, and commercialisation.

You may use blank templates for internal business purposes, including completing, modifying, adapting, and applying them to your own accounts, opportunities, sales planning, management activities, or other permitted business work. You may also use example documents as reference material, provided you do not copy them directly or distribute them in substantially unchanged form.

You may create your own internal documents inspired by Affarico materials, combine Affarico-derived ideas with your own internal documents, and create adapted work product for private organisational use. You may add your own company branding to adapted work product and may remove Affarico branding from adapted templates used for your own permitted internal work.

You must not distribute Affarico original materials, or materials that are substantially unchanged from Affarico original materials, to non-members. In practical terms, you may share adapted work product, but you must not use your subscription as a way to supply Affarico resources to people who do not have their own subscription.

7. Workplace meetings, limited internal references, and colleagues

You may refer to, discuss, and apply ideas from Affarico materials in internal meetings, planning sessions, and workshops, provided you do not use the meeting or workshop as a substitute for other people obtaining their own Affarico access.

You may share short excerpts in internal documents where reasonably necessary, provided the excerpt is limited, attributed to Affarico where appropriate, and does not reproduce a substantial part of the original material.

You may share Affarico original materials only with other current Affarico subscription members who are entitled to access those materials. You must not email, post, upload, or otherwise provide original Affarico files or substantially unchanged copies to colleagues, managers, team members, clients, contractors, assistants, family members, or other persons who are not current Affarico subscription members.

You may share links to public Affarico website pages or public library item pages with non-members. Access to member-only content remains subject to Affarico’s subscription controls.

8. Templates, examples, and document formats

The same general rules apply to all Affarico library resource formats, including blank templates, example templates, articles, guides, checklists, worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDFs, and other downloadable or online materials.

Blank templates are intended to be reusable by subscribers for permitted personal, professional, and internal business purposes. Example templates are provided for learning, reference, and adaptation into your own work product. You may modify downloaded templates and create adapted work product, subject to the restrictions in this page.

You must not resell, repackage, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or include Affarico original materials or substantially unchanged templates in competing libraries, paid products, downloadable template packs, training products, courses, books, ebooks, newsletters, paid communities, AI tools, chatbots, or similar offerings.

9. Consultants, advisors, trainers, coaches, and agencies

Consultants, advisors, trainers, coaches, agencies, and similar professional service providers may use Affarico materials for their own personal learning and professional services, subject to these terms.

They may use Affarico materials to create derived work product for client work, provided the client deliverable does not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise Affarico original materials or substantially unchanged Affarico templates.

They must not provide blank Affarico templates, original Affarico files, substantially unchanged Affarico materials, or copies of Affarico resources to clients unless those clients are also current Affarico subscription members or Affarico has given written permission.

They must not teach from Affarico materials in paid workshops, include Affarico original materials in paid training, or use Affarico content to create competing advisory, training, coaching, consulting, publishing, template, or knowledge-library products without Affarico’s written permission.

Where appropriate, consultants may refer clients to the Affarico website or the relevant library location where materials may be acquired directly from Affarico.

10. AI systems and automated processing

You must not upload, enter, paste, copy, submit, process, summarise, rewrite, translate, extract, index, embed, train on, or otherwise use Affarico original materials or substantially unchanged Affarico materials in any AI system or automated processing system.

This restriction includes, without limitation, systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Notion AI, Canva AI, enterprise AI platforms, CRM AI tools, document summarisation tools, automated translation tools, search indexing systems, retrieval-augmented generation systems, vector databases, model training datasets, chatbots, knowledge bases, and similar tools or services.

You must not use Affarico content for training AI models, fine-tuning models, creating embeddings, populating knowledge bases, building chatbots, creating derivative AI-generated content, automated summarisation, automated rewriting, automated translation, or data extraction.

You may use AI systems to work with your own independently created notes or work product, provided you do not input, upload, paste, copy, or process Affarico original materials or substantially unchanged Affarico content. You may also manually describe a general concept you learned from Affarico to an AI system, provided you do not reproduce Affarico source content.

You may use AI to help complete your own work, including work based on a blank template, only if the Affarico template itself and Affarico source content are not uploaded, copied, pasted, or otherwise entered into the AI system.

11. Public use, social media, and attribution

You may refer to Affarico publicly in general terms, including mentioning Affarico content in a LinkedIn post or similar public discussion. You may also quote limited excerpts publicly where appropriate, provided the use is brief, attributed to Affarico, and does not reproduce a substantial part of the original material.

You must not publish screenshots of Affarico documents, share images of templates, reproduce substantial content, publish modified versions of Affarico documents, or share actual Affarico content publicly without written permission.

Public reviews or public discussion of Affarico content should occur only in Affarico-approved locations, including Affarico’s website, Affarico’s LinkedIn company page, or Affarico’s LinkedIn group, unless Affarico agrees otherwise in writing.

12. Storage, security, and account access

Where downloads are permitted, you may store original Affarico materials on your personal device, personal cloud storage, employer-provided device, or employer cloud storage, provided access is reasonably controlled and limited to your own permitted use.

You must not store original Affarico materials in shared workplace systems, document management systems, CRM systems, learning management systems, knowledge bases, intranets, AI-enabled repositories, or similar shared or searchable systems unless the materials have been substantially transformed into permitted adapted work product and no longer reproduce Affarico original materials in substantially unchanged form.

You must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to Affarico materials. You are responsible for access to Affarico materials through your account, devices, storage locations, or login credentials.

You must not allow family members, colleagues, assistants, contractors, employees, clients, or any other person to access or use your Affarico account. Login sharing is prohibited. A company may not buy one subscription and allow multiple employees to use it unless Affarico has agreed to a team, enterprise, or multi-user licence in writing.

13. Subscription cancellation, expiry, and breach

If your subscription is cancelled, expires, or otherwise ends, your rights to use Affarico original materials end unless Affarico expressly states otherwise in writing.

After cancellation or expiry, you may retain adapted work product that you created during your subscription for your own permitted personal or internal reference. However, you must not continue to use, distribute, republish, commercialise, or rely on Affarico original materials as active source materials after your use rights have ended.

If you breach these terms, Affarico may suspend or terminate your account or access immediately, require you to delete downloaded copies of Affarico materials, and deny refunds where access is terminated for breach. Affarico may also take other action available under its website terms, subscription terms, or applicable law.

14. Monitoring, misuse, and remedies

Unauthorised sharing, copying, AI processing, redistribution, republication, account sharing, or commercial misuse of Affarico materials may cause commercial harm to Affarico.

Affarico may use technical and operational measures to help protect its content, including download records, account access records, user-specific links, watermarking, monitoring of unusual usage patterns, and similar protective measures where available or appropriate.

Affarico reserves the right to seek legal remedies for misuse of its materials, including misuse that breaches this page, the website Terms of Use, subscription terms, or applicable law. This enforcement language is intended to be firm but proportionate and does not limit any rights or remedies Affarico may have.
